UK Standard delivery takes approx. 2-3 working days and operates from Mon-Fri 9AM - 3PM To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to receive by Friday at the latest.

Next-Day Delivery - £7.99

In order to receive your order the Next working day, orders must be placed before 11PM. If products are needed for the weekend, we highly recommend placing your orders by Friday 11PM at the latest to receive them the Next Day. If orders are placed after this collection time, your order will still be processed on that day but will deliver within 48 hours.Our processing time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by us. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods or busy holidays, where it may take up to 48 hours for all shipments to be dispatched.We do not dispatch orders on bank holidays or weekends so orders made on these days will be dispatched on the next available working day.

TO ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to 'if charged'. Payments of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. We do our best to deliver within the stated time, however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, fees may be deducted from your total order amount.

EU DELIVERY £9.10 - £10.35

USA DELIVERY £14.40 - £15.90 Standard delivery takes approx. 7-10 working days and operates Mon-Fri 9AM - 3PM. Shipping charges may vary depending on your order weight.

REST OF WORLD - £15.95

Standard delivery takes approx. 9-12 working days and operates Mon-Fri 9AM - 3PM.

CANADA - £11.00 - £13.75

Standard delivery takes approx. 3-17 working days and operates Mon-Fri 9AM - 3PM. Due to customs, packages to Canada may take a while when it gets to Canada's customs office. We're in no control of the processing time

We're happy to accept a return. This applies to all items returned to us within 30 days of receipt by you.

Return costs are not covered by us and we advise all customers to use a Tracked Service when sending returns. 

After receiving returns, we will inspect the product to check that the wig is in good condition, has no residue and is still intact the way we sent it, with security tags or lace still attached. If the item is returned in any of the conditions listed above, PBeauty Hair have the rights to deduct a fee for repairs and restock.

Items with the tags or lace removed are non returnable and will be sent back if returned.

 Any items with the tag removed that are returned without authorisation will be returned back immediately.

LATE RETURNS

Orders returned outside of the 30 days will not be accepted for a refund or exchange and returned back to you immediately. 

Once your return has been authorised, items must be shipped back immediately. Orders shipped back to us after a substantial amount of time will not be accepted. 

Any losses in returning your item will not result in a refund, so we advise all customers to use a Tracked Service when sending returns.

SALE ITEMS

Purchases made with a 'Final Sale' Icon will not be eligible for a return or refund, orders are final. PBeauty Hair ensure to apply this icon in a bright and visible place for everyone to see. We're not responsible for those who fail to see this and our 'Final Sale' will still apply.

REFUNDS

 Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card or payment method. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of inspection and refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery charge.

If your refund is taking longer than the time above please contact your bank as the processing time may vary depending on who you bank with. If this issue occurs please contact your bank as we're unable to amend this delay.
