In order to receive your order the Next working day, orders must be placed before 11PM. If products are needed for the weekend, we highly recommend placing your orders by Friday 11PM at the latest to receive them the Next Day. 

If orders are placed after this collection time, your order will still be processed on that day but will deliver within 48 hours.

 

Our processing time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by us. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods or busy holidays, where it may take up to 48 hours for all shipments to be dispatched.

 

As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to 'if charged'. Payments of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. We do our best to deliver within the stated time, however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, fees may be deducted from your total order amount.
