Pre-order Policy

Pre-order has just been introduced to our brand to give customers the opportunity to bag their favourite items when they sell out fast! Not all items are made for pre-order but we have selected styles that are top sellers, that are requested for a restock quite a lot.

 

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Once a pre-order is placed, no cancellations are able to be made as all orders immediately go into production after the order is received by our team. 

RETURNS

All orders are eligible for return just as normal. Our returns policy date starts from the date your order is dispatched by us, not the date your order is placed, this gives customers more room and ease when placing pre-orders.

DELIVERY

Pre-orders will be in production of up to 1 week. Our brands usual delivery time should be added to our production time to estimate your overall delivery

UK = 1st Class + 1 week production time / 2nd Class + 1 week production time

EU = 5-7 working days + 1 week production time

International = 7-12 Working days + 1 Week production time
