What's the difference between a Lace-front and a Non-lace front wig?

The clue is in the name.. a 'lace front' has lace at the front giving your wig a natural hairline, for a natural look. A non-lace front wig has an unnatural hairline, but this does not hugely affect the way it looks.

Where is my receipt

Our brand is and has always been paperless. We try to avoid printing as much paper as we can to contribute to a better planet. All customers will receive a PDF Version of their receipt in their order confirmation emails. You can download or print this receipt if needed. This does not affect customers' ability to return orders.

Is my wig heat-resistant?

Yes! All of our wigs are heat resistant. All of our synthetic wigs have a heat tolerance of Max. 280°C 

Please do not perm your synthetic hair wigs as if you do, we’re not responsible for any damage coursed to the wig in your possession. Curly styles can not be reversed once straightened. 

Can I return the order that I purchased in a sale?

Any items purchased with a discount code are eligible for a return unless it states otherwise, we will always label our products as a final sale to let you know.
