Returns & Refunds

UK RETURNS

We're happy to accept a return. This applies to all items returned to us within 21 days of receipt by you.

Return costs are not covered by us and we advise all customers to use a Tracked Service when sending returns. 

After receiving returns back, we will go through an inspection of the product to check the wig is in good condition, has no residue and is still intact the way we sent it, with security tags or lace still attached. If the item is returned in any of the conditions listed, a fee for repairs and restock will be deducted from your orders total before issuing the remaining funds.

Items with the tags or lace removed are non returnable and will be sent back if returned.

 Any items with the tag removed that are returned without authorisation will be returned back immediately.

LATE RETURNS

Orders returned outside of the 21 days will not be accepted for a refund or exchange and returned back to you immediately. 

Once your return has been authorised, items must be shipped back immediately. Orders shipped back to us after a substantial amount of time will not be accepted. 

Any losses in returning your item will not result in a refund, so we advise all customers to use a Tracked Service when sending returns.

 

SALE ITEMS

Purchases made on our final sale items are non refundable. You will find all final sales within our 'Sale' Page.

 

REFUNDS

 

 Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card or payment method. Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item back. 

Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery charge.

If your refund is taking longer than the time above please contact your bank as the processing time may vary depending on who you bank with. If this issue occurs please contact your bank as we're unable to amend this delay.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return costs are not covered by us and we advise all customers to use a Tracked Service when returning goods. Any losses in returning your item will not result in a refund.

After receiving returned packages, we will go through an inspection to check the wig is in good condition, has no residue and is still intact the way we sent it, with security tags or lace still attached. If the item is returned in any of these conditions listed, a deduction for repairs and restock will be issued from the full amount before issuing the remaining funds.

All Non-lace front wigs arrive with a security tag attached, if this tag is removed you will no longer be able to return this item. Any items with the tag removed that are returned without authorisation will be returned back immediately.
