RETURNS

We're happy to accept a return. This applies to all items returned to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

Return costs are not covered by us and we advise all customers to use a Tracked Service when sending returns. 

After receiving your return, we will inspect the product to check that the wig is in good condition, has no residue and is still intact the way we sent it, with security tags or lace still attached. If the item is returned in any of the conditions listed above, PBeauty Hair Ltd holds the right to deduct a fee for repairs and restocking. Items with the tags or lace removed are non-returnable and will be sent back if returned.

DAMAGED RETURNS

Any items returned in bad condition, and have residue are unable to be resold to customers, as a result, a fee for repairs and restocking will be deducted from your total amount order, the exact amount it costs to repair and restock the damaged item. Additionally, any remaining funds will be issued using store credit only.

LATE RETURNS

Orders returned outside the 14 days will not be accepted for a refund. 

Once your return has been authorised, items must be shipped back immediately. Orders shipped back to us after a substantial amount of time will not be accepted. 

Any losses in returning your item will not result in a refund, so we advise all customers to use a Tracked Service when sending returns.

 

SALE ITEMS

Purchases made with a Final Sale or Sample Sale will not be eligible for a return or refund, orders are final. PBeauty Hair ensures to apply these products in the appropriate category and may have an icon on them. 

 REFUNDS

Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card or the payment method. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of inspection and refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery charge.

If your refund is taking longer than the time above please contact your bank as the processing time may vary depending on who you bank with. If this issue occurs please contact your bank as we're unable to amend this delay.
